Living Area

The Old Mountain Rescue Station is fully designed for self-sufficiency, allowing you to enjoy the spectacular Harz nature completely off-grid. Two wood stoves provide warmth inside the house, and a solar panel system supplies electricity for lighting and power outlets.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and gas refrigerator. There is a large sink that can be operated with water from canisters.

Bedrooms

In addition to the kitchen and the large common room, the ground floor also has two smaller bedrooms, one of which has its own stove.
